The Project Engineer shall complete tasks to support the successful execution and delivery of projects. The Business Development Manager will drive market adoption and grow customer base of our Threshold™ Vacuum Insulated Panels (VIPs) products in a variety of applications including, but not limited to: cold chain logistics, scientific freezers, cryogenic applications and refrigerated transportation. Threshold VIPs provide exceptionally high R values, increased energy savings, increased usable volume, and very long panel life for thermal product designs. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this essential business team member will be accountable for researching and identifying new business opportunities; developing and implementing growth strategies; and effectively closing on profitable opportunities. The Key Account Manager will drive demand and adoption for our line of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS), Polyisocyanurate (PIR) and Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) insulation products in non-construction market applications, including but not limited to packaging, laminated panels, and transportation. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this essential sales leader will be accountable for managing business through existing customers, while also establishing needed relationships and uncovering key insights for growing market penetration. This individual must be astute in developing targeted relationships built on trust; uncovering opportunities for delivering value-based solutions; engaging effectively to capture new business. Key strategic deliverables include developing collaborative relationships with colleagues across the business, leading by influence for enrollment of internal & external resources, and creating an executable territory plan.
